We have decided to have an inground pool put in.
Here are a few renditions of what the pool will be similar to...

I am posting pics and info BUT you don't have any idea of the home floorplan or what the front may look like...
Here is the elevation but the paint is a lighter color
Here is the color scheme...
and here is the floorplan...
We received a few more photos that were taken on December 16...
Notice the new structure towards the upper left corner which is not in the previous photo from 10 days earlier.
You can see the sewer washouts towards the front 1/3 of the photo.
Also notice that I don't see much movement on the home in the back right corner in regards to the roofing being laid (see previous post pic).
Our Salesperson has been very attentive and has followed through on every step - I reccommend him to anyone (at least until I move there and decide if I am going to sell homes part time! )
Please feel free to contact Michael Hughes st the following locations:
Cell Phone: (480) 326-7548
He is off on Wednesdays and Thursdays but I am sure he will answer the call or call you back as soon as he can.
(Thank you Mike for all your help and guidance!)
We have made a couple of changes to the Master Bathroom area.
This was what we had been looking at originally. Our Home Designer had told us there was shower flooring that would match and they were 2"by 2" squares - but I never saw them. The flooring pictured is what is in all the other main areas excluding the carpet that will be in the three bedrooms.I just never liked the idea of not seeing them and didn't like it when I saw a photo on the internet.
Here is a picture of the shower wall tile and the new shower floor choice.
I then realized that the same natural wood tile shown above just did not flow well so we made one other change.
We went with the Waterwood white oak tile with the grout sample on the far left.
The shower tile will be the larger tile running in a vertical and staggered pattern with the same cabinet pattern but in this rich gray color.
The countertop is the Stellar Snow Quartz countertop in the top right corner of the picture.
The flooring will be the same throughout the home- excluding the bedrooms. The main flooring will match the porcelain tile that is laid in the dining area.
We decided to upgrade the bath/shower area to include a floor to ceiling shower tile surround.
The tub has been upgraded from a fiberglass tub/shower surround to having tile shower wall from floor to ceiling. Here is a close up photo of the tile
The photo doesn't really show the true colors - so I hope this photo gives you a better idea of the guest bath area...
I have been choosing options for a new kitchen and here are some of the items I am looking at...
For the counter top I am looking at a granite called 'Fantasy Brown Satin'. It has many different looks...
I am also looking at a backsplash called "Chenille White". Here is a close up...
You have the standard front landscape package that is included in your home purchase price.
You then have 2 options as upgrades - one is the Boulder Package which includes the following:
1 tree in 36" box
1 tree in 24" box
5 Accent plants in five gallon containers
15 five gallon shrubs and groundcover
3 one quarter ton boulders
2 planting mounds
Automatic irigation system
1/2" screened granite to cover the front area.
The second option is the Turf package. This package has sod laid. There are no mounds, boulders or accent plants included.
My next few posts will concentrate on the Boulder package because there are options within the Boulder package.
Bird of Paradise (caesalpinia species)
This is also in the Lush package.
Justicia (Honeysuckle Varieties)
(This is also in the Lush package)
Convolvulus Cneorum (Bush Morning Glory)
The trees that are in the Flowering Boulder/Desert Package are also 4 tree choices. You will get 2 trees from this group.
We are planning to move to a new community where the subdivision is going to plant the shrubbery in the front yard.
They have a two upgraded levels - The first level is called "Boulder Package". The second level upgrade is a "Turf Package" package.
I am concentrating on the Boulder Upgrade at this time. (Who wants to try to keep grass green in this area?)
Within the "Boulder Landscape" are two packages. You have the "Flowering" and the "Lush" packages.
I am going to attempt to show the choices that are available in each package in the next few posts.
Both of the packages share the Accent plant choices so I will take care of the accent packages for both groups now...
You will get 5 of the following plants in five gallon containers. The plants will be of their choice and variety.
Agave
The size of these plants vary and they just say "Agave Variety"
Aloe Variety
Again...their choice of a total of five 5 gallon plants between the Agave, Aloe and Yucca plants...
Yucca Variety
